I want a way to quickly go from an rgb value to a pantone value and back. I am using the .net framework but I'm not finding anything.

Also, somewhat related. Does anyone know where I can find a list/database of Pantone Colors?

I point out ahead of time I understand RGB. CYMK is a mystery to me....
