So long England, and thanks for all the fish and chips
I'm heading back home in a couple hours. Just wanted to say thanks for the vacation, the confusing London underground, the expensive bus rides, the amazing Old World charm, Stonehenge, the wonderful tourist spots, the history of the place, the overpriced food items everywhere, Christmas, the lack of Mountain Dew, the fact that hardly anyone in London speaks English, the pretty girls, the beautiful architecture, the vast amounts of copper coins that mysteriously accummulate in your pocket towards the end of the day, chips being called crisps, french-fries being called chips, the confusion of it all, the beer (mainly Carlsberg and Guinness), the fish and chips, the arrogant stuck up snobs that walk around near Trafalgar Square, the cold winds, the gloomy rains, the keyboards with certain keys in the wrong places, the reactions I'd have at center being spelt centre and color being spelt colour, and the amusement provided by the national obsession with David Beckham and Victoria Beckham and the Royal Family.

Not sure, I've not been to those places myself. If you wanted to get rid of the overpriced stuff the further north you go the cheaper stuff gets . Hence me being all the way up here .
P.S. you know those Question marks in your Sig are not recognised by IE

I also use 'Color' every time now. Can't avoid it in .net.
I am mortally offended that you didn't come to Derby (Englands real capital city). But at least you were never subjected to Birmingham. That would have been too horiffic for a non english person I think. I have been to Birmingham about 5 times now and each visit contrives to be more unpleasant than the last. I was stabbed in the arm by a crackhead with a flick-knife on New Street in 2003 and I haven't been since. Nothing serious in the end, phew!
Although that is nothing compared to Luton.
I don't live here any more.

I am devestated that you did not come to Langley and ring some traditional English Church bells. You don't know what you have missed

I agree with noteme, I've never seen such bad "bloody hell" teeth that the women in england have. I'd be scared to get a kiss.

Then I should be glad it was winter, because they probably enjoyed hiding their wooden boards.
