I am about ready to die here....We played a very intense game of volleyball yesterday at a Christmas party yesterday, and I think I have pulled absolutely every muscle in my body. My Knees and elbows are completely black and blue, and I have a huge bruise on my hand so it hurts to type. Does anyone else do insane things like this at their Christmas partys?

We did play inside a gym though. There's no way we were going to play outside. Our windchill got down to 60 below on Saturday.

    Talking Christmas games...

    hehehe wow

i remember when i was in junior high school... the last week before our chirtsmas break we would play a game called
    *Suicide*

The game consisted of at least five players and one handball
, one person would start off by bouncing the ball off of a wall and if the ball hit you wihtout you hitting it with your hand you would have to tear off running towards the wall and hope you touched it before everyone beat you up.

Our teachers and the principal told us that the punishment for playing this game was suspension from school...and if they caught you the second time you were expelled from school hehehe i never played too much..only when our teacher wasnt watching.

    Ahhhhh, wall ball...

    "my" version is as follows:

several kids were standing near a wall, and one kid (usually the owner of a tennis ball) threw a ball at the wall,
if you touched the ball, or it touched you, you had to run like mad to the wall and touch it before somebody could throw the thing at your ass.

and if you threw the ball, and somebody cought it without it bouncing on the floor, you had to run to the wall...

and if you "double touched" the ball(touched it once, and then touched it again) you stood facing the wall, while somebody got a "Freelick".....

    Great Game...

I don't reckon that was a typo, I reckon dennis and his freinds are a bit twisted.
If it wasn't for this sentence I wouldn't have a signature at all.

I get the impression that Sopht's version involved getting the **** kicked out of you.

    Wink Well...

What i meant in my version was that:

When the ball hit you you had to run your ass off and touch the wall or everyone got to beat the stinking **** out of you (kicking, punching, slamming against walls..etc) but no punching in the face... weird .. you were allowed too nearly kick the hell out of someone..yet you werent allowed too punch them in the face... ive seen some people get pretty ****ed up..but there was still the *no punching in the face law* hehehehe ah well.

Dennis or benji..which every you prefer:

If you played the same way then it was my mistake.. i guess the fact that you didnt use as many dirty words as me it made me think your version wasnt as hazardous

no, you were right, mine is a lite version....

I read the part where you said "everyone beat you" but It didn't register in my brain

we just got hit in the back, or ass with the ball...

but if we got hit in the head, the thrower had to stand against the wall, and he got the ball thrown at him..

    no, it's from seinfeld....
he had a girlfriend he wanted to break up with, but she lived in a bad neighborhood, so he got back together so he didn't become a victim of "the lopper"
and then they were going to visit dutch country, and he didn't want to go..

and she handed him a hat, and said "look at this"

and he was like "oh, this is great, you'd better put this in the car so I don't accidently throw it in that dumpster over their"

    hehe
