Modem Dialler

well i want to make a modem dialler to connect to the inernet, does ne body have ne code or suggestions as to which api should be used, pls tell me ASAP

Use the MSComm ActiveX contol (you will need professional or Enterprise version in order to be able to use it though). You will be able to inteface to the modem via COM1,2 or x - depending on where it is connected.

The AT commands for modem contol are well pubicised.

well i have got the enterprise version, as am quite a novice programmer in vb compared to u guys, so do help me if i get stuck somewhere !
n also tell me where would i get more detail abt MSCom
