It depends what kind of access that you want. Using TS, you can log on as admin to config the server, or else to run apps on the server. You could configure it to allow web access, or telnet access. If they have an account, they should be able to connect to it, and use their account.
What would you like them to be able to do?

try remote desktop connection i think it's available in server 2003 otherwise download it , and set the server to accept remotes and set a password to it , there's too many programs for remote assistant u can use them u will be able to move the mouse.... turn it off... just like u r sitting there that's what i do to fix my friends computers on LAN. good luck!
