    minor clean up

    The code coloring is still in the works. It is a big/tough change.

    I've done a number of little things that were requested including adding a NEW THREAD button on forum post lists. Since a number of people requested that, hopefully I'll not get too many complaints

    It keeps me wonder why is it there ??? I did click on it few times without realizing that it wasn't "Reply" button. Get rid of it - useless.
