Does anyone know where i can find a script that will kill banners from popping up on my site ? When i upload a file it replaces the head part with one that shows a popup banner.
Any Ideas ?

he's right... you should try and find one... so that way you won't be breaking the law(killing banners)....
it's hard to find good free bannerless hosts... but.....
http://www.brinkster.com
is pretty good...
the servers are really fast... and it offers ASP...
I would prefer PHP, but not many places allow PHP

Forget Brinkster - it's rubbish. It doesn't support e-mail. But http://www.cfm-resources.com does!
FTP, ASP, Email, Databases, ColdFusion, PHP (I think, Dennis!), urm.... no banners!
It's great - try it.

ASP - Active Server Pages
Java - (JavaServer Pages - Java Applets - & JavaScript)
PHP - Php3 & Php4
VBScript - Visual Basic Script
POP Email (1 per account) - Coming with the Control panel
Statistics - We will be offering full site statistics to our members with Webtrends (Released with control panel)
SWEEEET
although VBScript isn't server side, so they are just trying to convince you even more... hehe...
Java Applets, and JavaScript aren't server side either...
but that makes no difference....
Thanks!!!!

I see that banner on your page PsyVision. Sucks .
How about using location.href and setting your page on top so it will be on top of the banner?
I think the code is something like:
top.frames[1].location.href="main.html";
