    Resolved Public Groups

    How does it work? Can I start a public group? And if so how? ANd what is it intended for. I can't seem to find any info on it in the FAQ.

    Re: Public Groups

    Groups is a feature of the software that we are currently not using. This is something we might implement in the future. I'm not sure if public groups was a part of the previous version or not.

    As mentioned before, there are a ton of features in 3.0 of vBulletin (this forum software). We aren't implementing them all at once.

    Brad!

    It was not a part of the last version. But I am trying to find new ways of reaching buddies faster, and thought that might be it.

    Thanks, wasn't that intresting, but in the last post they had a link to an other thread that was more interesting:

    I think it would be fun to have user groups for the more regular users here.

    And Brad (just to be the first one), if it will ever be enabled, and there will be a graphics/DX/OGL or something user group. I WANT to be the leader..

    Re: Public Groups

    Can we have an Exclusive Chit Chatters group, complete with our own forum??
    PHP || MySql || Apache || Get Firefox || OpenOffice.org || Click || Slap ILMV || 1337 c0d || GotoMyPc For FREE! Part 1, Part 2

    | PHP Session --> Database Handler * Custom Error Handler * Installing PHP * HTML Form Handler * PHP 5 OOP * Using XML * Ajax * Xslt | VB6 Winsock - HTTP POST / GET * Winsock - HTTP File Upload

    Latest quote: crptcblade - VB6 executables can't be decompiled, only disassembled. And the disassembled code is even less useful than I am.
