Well, either it's so mild she never noticed it (the wording was "I didn't know I was ... until ...") or the test is faulty. (hint hint)
I told her that we should do an experiment, take something she's allergic to (milk) and something she's not (...potatoes?) and mix it 100% pure in vials (which is how the test is done) then randomly place them in her hands (either blindfolded or similar liquids).
She doesn't seem too gung-ho to prove it.
Now I just need to double-blind it somehow...
