"Ah!" you say, as you sit back and admire you're code.
It's a bit messy, but it works.
Well, actually, it's awful. You know if you come back in 2 months you're doomed.
"Oh well" you say
2 months later
You open up the program and stare slowly down the lines of gibberish ("Where's the green??" You think)
Your goal: Take what's there and make it object oriented
Pros: 2 months from now this won't happen again
Cons: Hours at a time where you KNOW this thing won't compile. You'll eventually end up with all these cool new objects that need to be woven into the existing code (which will srhink considerably, if we're lucky)
Confusion over what functions were actually supposed to do.
Bugs. Oh god the bugs.
Programming is fun!
