    Exclamation Need help with Infrared Receiver!

    Hi, first of all my english is too bad. I have this Infrared Receiver:



    Im looking for how to read data received by this schema in Microsoft Visual Basic.

    XP has an automatic Infrared option. On my laptop, whenever I point my phone at the computer, it automatically gets recognized, and I press a button to accept the transfer (into the default folder). I also have a Nokia program that lets me back up the phone's contents this way, but the two programs fight with each other. XP's won, so I don't use Nokia's (plus it was identified as BAD by by security programs.) Data comes in on a com port. (I think it's COM 5)
