Job offer with start up plus coder comp

Hi all. I am currently engaged in sorting out a start-up company.

We will require VBscript / ASP / XML skills and will be offering the opertunity for a very limited number of coders to contribute to the start up in return for shares in the company. Effectivly investing skills and not cash.

I expect taht there will be a reasonable ammount of interest so have decided to make a contest to bring out the best in interested parties.

    http://kentindex.com/maxwebedit/link.asp?TOPIC_ID=94
is the thread on my server that will details the business and the comp.

Basicly it's an ASP and XML app.
The app should take multiple XML feeds and add them to a database.

    Programming contest:

Aim: Create an ASP application that takes XML from a given set of resources and adds them to a database. For example RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0 and ATOM feeds into a single database. The user should be able to carry out functions such as sorting and filtering with perhaps some amount of advanced querying of said DB. The results should be output as both HTML and XML (one method might be to output the XML and use a XSL file to transform it).

The database should be Access 2000 or use pure XML all the way.
It should be simple and easy to use.
The code should be commented so that your average programmer could understand it even if they didn't understand all the techniques in use.
The Final thing should be submitted under the GNU Licence for all to enjoy.
It should contain a specification of what you intended to do, what it does do and what it might do someday.

    Bonus points:
The solution should be reasonably easy to integrate into MaxWeb so that it can become an add-on mod with just a little work (but it should still be able to stand alone).
The core should be accessed via Class structure to provide API for additional modules / interfaces to use.
The design and the logic should be separate.
    It should look cool.
you might like to consider supporting multiple sets of feeds and other many user many sets of things features.

    Winning
Each entry will be judged on:

    Documentation
flair and inventiveness especially doing something no-one else has done.
    Flexibility and range of use.
    meeting your own specifications.
    meeting the main specification.
    meeting the bonus specification.
    Ease of use
    Look and feel.

Winners will be granted the chance to participate in the start up these winners will be announced in January. The dead line is Midnight Boxing Day GMT.

Groups may participate but the individual contribution should be clear.

Entries may be posted to Max Web Edit, Here, or MaxWebPortalMods and they will be considered so long as I get to find out about them.

For fairness sake I may ask other people to judge the entries.
    Anyone interested?
You can post answers here if you wish but email or PM me to let me know.
