    Ray Bradbury on FoxNews

Now if you dont know. Ray Bradbury was an astronaut and is now 84 years young.

I agree with him. If you did not see it I will tell what I got from it. Neil Cavuto interview with Ray Bradbury~

Cavuto: "There has been no evidence that life or aliens exist on Mars. Is it worth it to go?"

Bradbury: "We(Mankind) are the aliens. We have grown up on Earth. Now we need to go to Mars. We do not know how we got here. There have been religions, scientist, and life enthusiasts that try to explain it. We need to be the pioneers of space and journey to Mars."

Cavuto: "Some people think that would be expensive though."

Bradbury: "We(USA) spend a billion dollars on armaments a day. Why not take one day and build a rocket? Sure the armament are great for defense and I don't disagree with protection, but it is not expensive to the US."

What do you guys think? (By the way, there was more, but this is what I got out of it.)

Well, if the overpopulation is going to get as bad as they say and the there is only one place left to build on Earth... up... then I am all for Mars exploration. They most likely wont have it habitable, naturally habitable that is, before I am dead but atleast they will be working on it =)

Russians have started training/'preparing' for it already, I believe. I'll be glad if they do this within my lifetime. I feel a lot of good can come out of it.

OTOH, we have to face global warming, terrorism, poverty, famine, war, disease, and reality shows here on Earth. Which shall we combat?

I really don't think that Ray was anything but a famous author.
I've been reading his stories for decades!
