Always recompiling everything
For some reason, probably my fault...the tinyest change results in every source file needing a recompile.

Sometimes, sometimes not.
I have always been used to, at least up to this point it only recompiling the class I am working on.
Often that would accompany the app_Main.cpp file in compile.
But, may by accident I changed some option. EVERY cpp says its out of date. No matter wut changes I make, no matter where I make em.
My project has 15 cpp files.
A compile is taking like a whole minute or two...

Hmm... either your project options are messed up or your file modification dates.
Sorry, can't help you there.
