    Webcam control

    May I know how do I use visual basic to control the webcam from taking pictures? which means that the webcam only takes pictures whenever the visual basic commands triggers it? Is there any examples or codes which I could refer to? Is there any hardware available to control the webcam also? So that the webcam does not always turn on? Thanks for all the help needed!
