Assembling a dev team for a simple MMORPG

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Leitch, and I am in the process of making a simple MMORPG. I'm writing it in VB6 right now, and have got the basics all done.

As of the posting of this message I have logging in/out, registering, chatting to people in the same room as you, and a very basic fighting system done. This game will be in the style of www.tuimaux.com

Since it's not going to be browser based, I plan on eventually making the graphics much, much better.

I am writing the design document for this now, that way I will be able to keep everything under control when the team is assembled.

What I need:

Programmers (1 needed) -- Your job will be to help me code the main engine. This means you need a good knowledge of WinSock, text parsing, and general VB6. When I get further in, you will need to know DirectX 8 as well if I decide to delve into that realm.

Artists (2 needed) -- Your job will be to create the gui and buttons as requested by me. You will also be required to create monsters for the game, and the world map. The things I need are subject to change at any time.

Web Master (1 needed) -- Your job will be to control the web site and advertising aspect of the game. You will be expected to run a professional looking website, and maintain it to the best of your abilities.

Everyone else, I would love it if you would post suggestions for such a game here.

i would like to be an artist. My drawing is not bad(at least when it is black&white). Money is not what im looking for(well of course i wouldn't refuse it), i just want to be busy but i dont have much time. Weekdays i sometimes cannot even be able to access computer but i can spend some time in weekends. Plz pm me.

Ill be a webmaster,no money expected since i can make a perfessional looking webpage without spending a dime but,may i recomend that you use dev-c++ on this for the c++ coding it works better than anything ive ever worked with and ive worked with alot of people on gaming...

Is the game browserbased? bcuz i can also sugjest RPG toolkit and i can help tou with the coding and all of that in RPG toolkit it's just not online but i could help a LITTLE with the grafix design too...
