In my application, I have 20 labels horizontally...and many textboxes (some 100 rows) corresponding to it!!! I made the form's Autoscroll property to TRUE....My problem is while scrolling down i lost the heading label's vision. For example, if i'm in 50th textbox i couldnt see what is the corresponding label for it....Same problem occours when I scroll to right....What can i do for that???

I put the heading lables in form and all other controls in a panel..but i have 4 scrollbars in my form...which doesnt looks nice...What i want is freeze the top label & left side labels !!!!!

Can anybody help me?
