    Sir,
    I am intrested in knowing that is there any possible way of voice communication in VB by either using MSComm ctrl or Win32API and if yes how. Please Provide me with sufficient Information.

    I think Microsoft provides an API for speech, but I think it only works with Win2000 (not sure).
    Take a look at their site MSDN.

    Microsoft Agent Control

    You can use Microsoft Agent Control, here is the link. There you should find sufficient explanation on how to use the control.
    For the speech recognition I think they have a speech add-on.
