How to post a into a phtml page with WebBrowser?

Hi i shoul post into a phtml page (index.pthml) a image, how can i automatically post it with a WebBrowser control?

the phtm is this

i use this to send a ecard which is a gif image

PS: clikking into the tree image i shoul post tha data to the phtml page and go to another webpage
