Resolved launching another application from Java

I want to have a component(let's say a label) of a standalone java application (swing) have some kind of hyperlink...

When the user clicks on the hyperlink that will cause it to launch let's say internet explorer from java...

I don't have an idea how...

Care for some tips or suggestions?
