I want to distribute a program over the web but I have the German version of Visual Studio. Since I don't have any other program to make a setup than the PDWizard already included with VB I can only create german setups. I now that I can edit the project file to convert all the texts to english but that's not the only problem. The setup is launched by a file called "Setup.exe" or "Setup1.exe" (I'm not sure). They inform the user if any dlls can't be updated and windows has to be rebooted. Since I can't change the language of this file, I want to ask if anyone can send me this file (these two).
This would be really great.

I already have the ressource files, that doesn't work for the setup launcher file.
I need the exe file itself
