    FlexGrid Vs ListView

    I am building a web site and have an option of using either a List View or a Flex Grid. I was wondering which would be faster to load? I will be loading from 1-500 records with 23 columns. The data will be coming from a recordset, but will be unbound. Any help would be appreciated.
