    win patch numbers

    win patch numbers are not in order, so how we suppose patch them in order?

    MS04-019: Windows2000-KB842526-x86-ENU.EXE (this one is greater than MS04-020)

    MS04-020: Windows2000-KB841872-x86-ENU.EXE

    they are numbered as they are releaed. you can probaby install them in any order. it will not work if it requires something earlier, in most cases. I think that they replaced the former with the latter when they discovered a problem. If you did the first, then you can do the second. If you did neither, just do the latter one.
