    Resolved Onboard graphics

    i was just wondering if onboard graphics are faster than a card?

    Well, there could be good onboard theoretically, but all the best video cards happen to be on seperate cards.

    Unless you get one of the new onboard graphics cards made by Intel for their latest processors w/ PCIe, onboard graphics do not compare to their PCIe/AGP bothers.
    I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

    that is totally what i thought, but i installed a new video card on my computer and it some times causes the computer to crash. then the error report tells me that there is a problem with the video card.

    Try updating your drivers to the latest available and see if that resolves the problem. Then install the latest DirectX (9.0c) and see if that helps.

    i try to always be up todate with the drivers, but i'll check on the directx part. thanx alot guys
