    Cool Norton Anti Virus

    Hi
    On start-up I continually receive a pop-up notification to renew the anti virus software is the normal or is there an update required.


    The Software is managed by the Exchange Server and also the updates.


    Pls Help!

    If you're using Symantec AntiVirus Corporate/Enterprise edition, you can have your client run in Managed mode, in which case it will update the files automatically.

    Just uninstall, and when you're re-installing, tick the box for Managed mode, and select your AV server as the server name.
