Can anyone tell me what 'Back Web Agent' is? My PC locks up all the time, but when I go to the Task Manager, and zap ol'
Back Web Agent, it continues on its merry way. Any info would be greatly appreciated !

Here it is...
A backweb agent is some sort of software component for
Communication of a software with a specified server.
This is in your system because...many software like
mcafee antivirus use them for downloading the antivirus
updates automatically from their website..
