Unable to debug the project in VS.Net

Hi,

Im using VS.net to develop an ASP.net, there is a problem when im trying to run the program in debug mode. It diplays the following Error msg.

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging
on the we server. Catastrophic failure Would you like to
disable future attempts to debug ASP.NET Pages for this project?"

with yes/ No Buttons.

If i press yes after that i cant enable to debug anymore.

what is the problem? Wat is the solution for this problem.

Can any one help to solve this problem.

Personally I never use remote debugging...
