Computer Maintenance
I need to know if there are good programs that I can buy that do the following for my clients.
1. Check if their hardrive is going bad.
2. Check if memory is going bad.
3. Check if there are any other hardware issues.

Norton Disk Doctor
2. Check if memory is going bad.
Ask them their age. Also, if they have trouble remembering your name, then it's a sign.
3. Check if there are any other hardware issues.
Dunno this one.

1. Scan Disk
2. There are some memory tools out there you can probably find some if you search google. Most of the time if memory starts to go bad though you get signs and dont need to test it, you just swap the stick and the signs go away
3. Device Manager

I like to turn on S.M.A.R.T. it has predicted hardware failure a few times for me. Turn off the quick memory test on boot.
duplicate items in Device Manager can help solve problems (in Safemode)

I'm having a problem here. Do I put the serial number in the box that says 'serial number,' or do I put it in the box that says 'company'? - Oh, those poor tech support people
