It is because it is surounded by 7 mountains, so every time a cloud want to get in her, it has to go up up up up up up...and then it wants to give it all back too us. But when it first is nice wether her...then it is realy realy nice....but that isn't often....thats for sure...
It sounds nice....I like cloudy days and rain...Perfect for staying inside and playing video games. Also good for programming. Because then you dont feel guilty that you missed out on a nice day outside ( like today )
