AxSHDocVw Web Browser Alternative?

Does anyone kow of an alternative object that can be used to display web pages? Is there one from Mozilla? Is there an open source project out there? Basically I would like to have html viewing capability but I do not want to use anything IEish (It is not secure). Thanks for any recomendations!

Well there are a ton of hacks out there that currently work for IE and I would not want any of them to happen. I currently know how to write executable files,script files,etc. to a computer that has microsoft products on them without so much as a prompt for download. I also can send emails from you if you have outlook or outlook express without you knowing. Then I know of a way to close that browser window without asking you so that you can not see the source code (IE only). So I would not say it was paranoia. I would say it was protecting your customers. I write software for a living for a large company and I would not want to lose my job because I did not secure something and data was stolen.
