    Annoying IE once more

Alright, in IE I know there is a way to have the program use your window appearance settings or use the webpage appearance settings.

    I cannot find this options.

My friend made his windows look all kewl with black and matrix green, cept a bunch of things in IE are hidden now are some pages....I couldn't find this option for him in IE6

    I know it hides somewhere...

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Do you mean a skin for IE?

Post a screenshot of what you want.

i know what you are talking about, but can't find it either.
thought that it had to do with the screen and active desktop.

you can change the desktop colorscheme, and the colors for everything else, but I remember there used to be an easier way.
I have a black screen as the background on my laptop.

Alright, you know how webpages have colors for their backgrounds and text

Well there is or at least was....a way to have IE either go off of your windows appearance settings, or the webpage html settings for color.
