    A bunch of tools!

    Joy!

I just bought a cordless 18v 3000rpm Jig-saw, some HCS blades and (not 1, not 2, not 3 but) four rolls of insulation tape.
And a set of auto-adjust wrenches!

    MMMmmmm, tools!

(I can imagine all the guys nodding in appreciation)

Self adjusting to the size of your nuts! The act of pulling the tool makes it fit tighter!

El Cheapo wratchet set from Homebase. Utterly ruins all nuts and bolts between 1/4 and 1 1/2 inches.

Remove the fuse that prevent electrocution. And when tightening your nuts dont do it too tight or you will break them and then what would the missus say.

    Gah, wasn't listening.

Had to pay for the deck, I'm not real handy. Got the drill for small projects around the crib. It's a bit of an overkill, but I've had about 3 drills that were cheapies and lasted no more than a year a piece. Last one my mother in law bought me - it was a Singer, yes the sewing machine company.

I had one of those 12 V "firestorms" that had interchangeable drill, jigsaw and sander attachments.

The jigsaw drained the battery lots and you endedup with 3/4 of your cutting when it would run out of juice. The sander was okay but I could never find sandpaper with the correct hole pattern.

Anyways, yeah, 18v is probably overkill for... what exactly do you use it for?

Dewalt are the best tools man will ever invent.

I put down 57m2 of deckingi in me garden and the drill (used as a screw driver) was absolutely superb.

    Bit expensive, though.

I flattened by garden out with a mini JCB and it was fun . . . .

Right up until the part when I found a big pile of ****e under the topsoil which was

    'just gonna move'

'No - I'm not giving up'

'Who the hell put this here'

    'Right here goes'

And then promptly tipped the damn thing over whichlanded on me leg.

. . . and it really hurt; and I cried like a baby and had to hide from the wife we she came out to see if I was OK.

    Fork, and shovel next time.

    Twi (non-overlapping levels):

    (1) For superior adults to persuse the activities going on in the garden
    (2) A lower level for guests, dogs, cats, and kids.
