    Popups Dont Work [FIXED]

Now admittedly, having popups that dont work would normally be a good thing.
However, its is annoying when it is breaking the functionality of sites that I want to use.
    http://www.1stoptravelinsurance.co.uk/
Click on one of the links in the middle of the page
e.g Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance

Instead of opening a new window I get the following

When I click on the faded or greyed IE icon in the taskbar it closes itself.
I though it was a problem with IE6, but it still occurs when I reverted to IE5.5

I have tried looking for spyware and have disabled all popup blockers I can think of.

Works fine for me, even with XPSP2.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

    This is the wierd thing.
Its something wrong with my PC, because as people have pointed out the site works fine.
However, it isn't all popups that are failing.
This html goodies site works fine

Has no-one seen this before or have any idea what could be causing it?

I thought I had removed all 'optimisers'/blockers but I'll check through the registry again.

Well, the problem is fixed, but I don't know why.
I aggressively uninstalled LOTS of programs on my PC.
Games, freeware, down to pdf printers and text editors!

I'm not sure what the culprit was, but I'll slowly reinstall the essential apps and see if it happens again.
