    Data Recovery Tool.

I just reformat my HD, some how some of my files were not backed up properly.

Is there any tools you know of that can recover the file, its one single file about 100MB.

    Thanks.

I think Norton has a tool that can do it, not sure of the name... also, I would suggest you not install anything from here on out you might have already overwritten it and don't want to increase that chance

yes norton does have a tool to do that I don't know if it is out on new versions of norton, but I have one on "Norton System Works 2.0" but i don't think you will beable to get a file over 10mb to work without doing some major edition of it.

if you PM me your Email I may find time to send that program

See, if you had Sandpaper™, you wouldn't be having this problem right now.

This is the tool I often resort to when nothing else seems to work. Often the cause (and solution to) Transient Component Fatigue.

This is the 16 pound version of course.

Also useful for seating CPU's and Dimm chips.

I recomend you upgrade to hammer 1.1/2lb
The ideal hammer for effective blows. The hollow die-cast head is partially filled with steel shot which adds to the weight, prevents rebound and delivers dead...
