VB3 decompile and reassembly into VB6

I need to decompile a VB3 program and then use that source code in VB6 to modify a preexisting program. The time frame for completion of this project is by next week and I would say requires above average skill at decompiling VB3 programs.

how big is the vb3 project and what exactly does it do?
i can rewrite it for you if it doesnt require too much
