I use this and the Chit-Chat Forum fairly regularly. I look several times a day. Post a Thread or reply much less often.
Occasionally look at the Graphics Forum, mostly for help, seldom have anything to contribute there.

I tend not to look at a post if there have been more than one reply...I go by the assumption that someone is already working with this individual (unless I have some time in my hands)
I first look at the zero replies then at the ones where title seems intriguing then at ones of which I would not know the answer
This one I look at ecause I am about to call it a day and got bored..
