    USB Harddrives

    What is your opinnion on external USB Harddrives. Are they good for playing games og storage only??

    I run a few apps off my thumbdrive which is USB 2.0, they seem to work fine. I dont know how much harddrive access a game would produce, but i assume it isnt all that much. I have a 2gb USB hard drive as well, i just use it as storage and on occasion is use it as a web server. It works just fine. (At least as USB 2)

    I have heard though that some games use the harddrive alot... And also with my own knowledge I have figured that.

    I'd say it would be alright as long as it is USB 2.0 and not 1.1.
    I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)

    Boot usb

    I heard you can boot from USB now if you have the option in the bios ,how true is that ?

    I believe that as long as the BIOS supports it, yes it's entirely possible
