    I want to insert an image in MessageBox, other than those available in VB such as vbcritical,vbinformation etc..
    is it possible???

    Not in a standard message box. You could make your own form look like a message box and put whatever picture you want.

    To make it stay on top like a Msgbox. Modal the form.
