Save File Dialog Problem.
Have you noticed this problem in Save File Dialog (Windows XP, not sure about others). Imagine you want to save a file to a driectory, and you notice a file with the same name exists. You click on the file and rename it, for example from A to B. When you clik on it the File name filed in the save dialog becomes A, but when you rename the file without clicking back on the name, it doesn't change to B, that seems good so far, but when you want to save the file as A, it says a file with the name of B exists, do you want to replace it? The same thing happens in Open File dialog, no wonder as they are children of a single parent object, but in that case it may not be considered a problem.

I've had it changing the file name to a directory if I click on a sub-directory to save it to. (now, I copy the original name before doing anything else.)
