    I kinda screwup my monitor....

    a few years back i bought a Hansol 720ED monitor (a 17" flat screen for $180cdn)

For what i use it for its great... ocasonal priated movie / anime.

Away some how i manage to wear of a coating on the screen.... im assuming that its the anti-glare coating....

anyway so now i got this section right in the middle of the monitor that is lighter than the rest and its driving me nuts right now as im typing this?

Is there anyway i can easily repair it or remove it, with out harming the screen, its driving me up the wall.

other than this is in perfect condition except for the damn monitor cord has a break in it somewhere... (i have to wigle it to get right colors)
