I madea program and I would like to put it on the internet for downloading but I know i have to put some osrt of diclaimer in it saying like something about I will not be resposible for your comp blowing up or something. Anyone have any ideas ?

what you want is called EULA, or End License User Agreement. Same thing that shows up when you install almost everything. Try installing something and copying the text and canceling. Then you have it. There are also readme's that have it when you install a program. Just yoink the text from some other program.
