private messages, you have one.... no i dont
i dont have a private message but on the welcome screen it says i do :-/

What is your setting in the Show Messages From box? Try changing it to a higher value.

I just sent you a PM and then went to my Message Tracking screen and cancelled the message. Did you get the notification of my message? Did you get my message?

you should delete it from your Inbox.
so no it was canceled

I didn't realise the person recieving a cancelled message was told it was canceled, I thought they would just tell by the notification. Are you actually able to read the PM too .
BTW as fopr your problem it says you have a message and if you read the PM then the pic you showed will stay like that till the next time you log in . This is because as it says thats how many messages you've had since last logging in. Does that help?
When your thread has been resolved please edit the original post in the thread (  )

I got a red notification message in the list of "new" notes that says you sent it to me but that you cancelled it and that I should delete it. The Delete checkbox is already checked.
