Crystal 9.0 ~ changing data source location
I'm a beginner at this. We have a SQLsrever database on a network server. I copy and modify 'views' in the database to be referenced by reports in Crystal 9.0. I then copy an existing report and modify it to suit the new 'view' on the database. When I try to 'update' the datasource location in Crystal 9.0...the report seems to read data ok from the new 'view' but the view does not seem to get set as the 'current data source' in the 'Crystal Set Datasource Location' window.
What am i doing wrong here?!...any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks...nick

All solved ...managed to get around it by simply renaming the view in the 'Set Datasource Location' window...changing the name (by clicking it or pressing F2) to the name of the view that I wanted to use!
