Not NoteMe
I say it's half full, although that's not the point. It's twice the size it needs to be!
Quotes:
"I am getting better then you guys.." NoteMe, on his leet english skills.
"And I am going to meat her again later on tonight." NoteMe
"I think you should change your name to QuoteMe" Shaggy Hiker, regarding NoteMe
"my sweet lord jesus. I've decided never to have breast implants" Tom Gibbons

Half empty for me. Although I could hardly gather the enthusiasm to vote.
What's the point in doing anything at all? We'll all be dead in 100 years anyway, gone, dead, and forgotten.
Life sucks anyway. Oh just leave me alone.

I voted Half Full cos if anything I guess I'd say that, but to be honest I guess I'd just say "Its half a glass of _____". I wouldn't say which part of it I was on about, too lazy .

I voted Neither because there wasn't a "Depends" option.
If it was full and is being emptied, it's half-empty. If it was empty and is being filled, then it's half-ful.

That means Half Full . In your situation the other choice (Half Empty) would be Half Gone .

If the drink is filled, then that makes it full. If you drink half, then that means its half full.

If you lock the glass in a box so that nobody has seen it's contents, then by Schrodinger's theory, the glass is both Half Full and Half Empty simultaneously, opening the box collapses the wave and determines its state.

As you are filling it, when it reaches half, its half full, because you are in the proccess of filling it. When you are drinking it, you are emptying it. Therefore, its half empty, since you are half way to your ultimate goal of emptying it.

This whole question is based on finding out which one of the two choices has the strongest influance on you. Therefore you are tested to find out which you will use when you don't know if it was being filled or emptied .
If you walked into a room and saw a glass which was half full (my choice) you wouldn't deny it was either half full or half empty just because you didn't know what was happening to it. You would choose one or the other, you would look rather funny if you had to ask someone if they are filling it or emptying it before you mentioend it .
