The easiest way to get off a drink drive charge is to give the arresting ociffers a large crate of Glenfiddich (minus the 2 bottles you've already had of course).

Works every single time. Gets bloody expensive after a few months though. But it's worth it because the cops end up arresting each other for misconduct and DUI charges. So it leaves the road free for the rightful drunken owners of the road to do their thing.
