seriously, the main rule in all web sites, is keep the content up to date. for a ps2 site the best things would probably be reviews of the latest games, hints, new hardware for it etc. etc. the main problem is that it is going to be up against alot of competition as their is probably already tons of ps2 sites already.

Sorry to sound big headed, but as I said you are up against tons of competition, you need something that the others haven't got to make it a sire that beats the rest, as for what that is, that I can't help

btw, i spent about 6 month in a design class and im still considered quite far from professional, some ppl just got it some don't but you always need the basics, yes i could do some professional pages and stuff like that.....btw remember, don't try to fill the screen, white space or empty space help you to relax, a crowded website will make the user read ur stuff asap and leave so he can relax his eyes
