    I have VB6
    Uninstalled same, reinstalled same
    Trying to use MS Grid control
    Says I don't have license to use it
    Installed SP3
    Executed VB6CLI.exe, VBC.exe
    It said licenses were installed
    Still gives same license error message
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you run RegSvr32.exe?
