Thread: Allow multi-user connection with a linked text table in Acces97

    Hi.
    I have a text table to link and share (in read-only mode) using access 97 and I don't know how.
    The first user who open the table, lock the file and other user cannot open the same table.

    Can someone help me ?

    Try in this way:
    set db=OpenDatabase(strFileName, False, False, ";pwd=yourpassword"
