learn asp.net but how!!!

i want to learn asp.net
but i can not install it on my home or office

i need :
free hosting servers where i upload and check my pages.
any further help

Why not use webmatrix? You can get it from http://www.asp.net and it includes it's own webserver that can also be used on it's own.

Or is your problem that you can't install the framework?

i open the site http://europe.webmatrixhosting.net/
and register my self.

but i am unable to connect it thru ftp client also it is not showing any thing in File Manager.

i got the error invalid userid or password when i use FTP(cute ftp).
while the password is correct

how i upload my pages.

one more thing : do the webmatrix need WindowsXP or windows2000

Your username/password issue is probably something you're overlooking. Try a new username password and see if you face the same problem.

WebMatrix will work on both XP and 2K.
