Many of my apps use use notification icons feature, but what I want to do here is to make the enable the notification icon to display a small popup message like that windows displays when you connect to the internet in the taskbar, or an alternative option if available.
I don't know how to do so, because the notification icon has it's own text property and I don't think using tooltip will be usefull.
